C1 StarShocking business to deal with. Ordered with them a several times ranging from 2017 through 2018 in a business to business capacity. All bills paid within 30 days at end of month, no problems - or so we thought. Now 5 years later we are getting a Debt Recovery letter asking for 'statutory compensation' because apparently 2 of the invoices 'weren't paid on time'. They accept business and then stab their customers in the back 5 years later - absolute snakes. I hope it's worth it - I seriously doubt you will improve your cash flow by behaving like that. You'll never have business from us again and I will be letting my network of colleagues know about this.Monday 11th April 2022
Paul Hoole1 StarWe received a letter yesterday requesting interest payment and a late payment fee from Amadeus relating to something that happened almost 5 years ago. Incidentally the invoice was paid within standard terms, end of month plus 30-(for which we are yet to get a copy of that invoice...still waiting nearly 5 years later) we paid the invoice based on their statement which we received. Anyway it's a shame that you as a company have gone down this route as it shows pretty poor public relations and in effect I'd never use you and would never recommend using you. So much for good will and so much for trying to retain customers...Tuesday 12th April 2022
Jak B1 StarDisgraceful Business. Received a letter from them today threatening payment for overdue payments over 3 years ago! We always paid our invoices 30 days end of month as we had agreed with them, so this claim is malicious and wrong. It feels as we have stopped using them last year they are now trying their luck.
