ALW Security Systems have just completed an installation in our house. They were asked to supply us with options to replace an old system. Adam visited us and and explained a couple of options to us, that would fit in with our requirements. He left the information with us so that we could make up our minds what to go for. He answered all our questions and didn't apply any "sales" pressure on to us. We settled on a system and Adam gave us an installation date which was kept. He worked diligently and thoroughly to remove all our old equipment and to install the new equipment. On completion, after checking everything to make sure it worked, he patiently explained to my wife and I how to operate the new key pad and the facilities of the system. He also told us that if any problems arose we could call him for advice, or if required he would visit us. In conclusion we received very good service from start to finish. I would recommend his company to anyone who is considering a house alarm system. Very competitive prices as well....

ALW installed our alarm system a year ago, so Adam recently returned to carry out the annual service and check. We received excellent service (as usual!) with all our questions answered and explained clearly. We're very happy with our system, which gives great peace of mind, and we're also very pleased with the level of support and service supplied by Adam throughout the year.
