Ive been offered a job at this place, but after one day of induction I decided not to work for them. I've been ask to use vehicle in very bad condition and in my opinion it wasn't safe to use. Plate 14. I've been told on an interview and on induction day that new vehicle coming but it is delayed. It suppose to be on site in December 2022 but did not arrive jet. When I spoke with one of the driver he told me that is not true, and that will never happen. I've sign the contract on 20.06.2023 and it was my induction day, but for same reson Generation decidet not to pay for that one day state that recruitment process cost the a lot of money and they will not pay me. I strongly recommend to avoid this place to work. Its a ligal required to pay me for shift I did.

I'm putting a one star on here and interview here back in march I was let down by guy that interview me . I should of gotten the job . Plus when he interview me . He told me money wasn't good and job was bad . I felt let down when I dint get job .

Worked here as a driver, nice staff especially the yard staff and drivers, there was occasions where communication failed between administration and drivers. Worst part was the Boss who told me on day 2 that the job here is "F**king sh1t whilst asking me if I want to work there permanently?? There was also an incident which required an insurance form being filled out on damage I couldn't possibly have done I then caught him slagging me off to other staff but never spoke to me about it... After that he never spoke to me again until the last day..... And he wonders why staff are always leaving??
