Greedy! Had to cancel kids party 2 hours before as daughter was ill, I went to Paringdon on the party morning to be told I would lose the £80 fee but would get the rest of my money back, that’s fine. But I need to phone the manager on Monday as they couldn’t give me the refund on the Saturday. I was then told NO it’s a damage and cancellation deposit, told her my daughter was ill she said nothing can be done! I said so if I came back on the time of the party with 2 kids for 10 minutes I’ll get my money back she said yes! Obviously would have done that if the staff on the Saturday hadn’t told me I’ll get money back after phoning the manager Greedy!!!
