Emma S5 StarFriendly caring staff. We have two Shih tzu’s who can both be anxious and nervous but I never have to worry when they are left in the safe hands of Alexiane Home From Home kennels. The staff here know exactly what both our dogs need and always listen to us if we have any worries or concerns. Our eldest dog had a terrible first time kennel experience at a different kennel and when we first met Jane and explained what had happened to him, she did everything she could to make sure he felt safe and comfortable at Alexiane and we’ve been returning ever since. Jane, Becky & Kylan are always so welcoming but I know they have other wonderful people working for them too that we don’t always get to see but are helping to do a fantastic job.
