I’m an IT Consultant by day and a budding cook by night. I love both in equal measures. So from my love of cooking I’ve come up with the ultimate edible cocktail. With my analytical IT brain I’ve managed to work out how to make these edible cocktails. I’ve faced many challenges, my first few attempts failed, but I was determined to make it work, I never give up. Eventually I learned where I was going wrong and started to produce consistent bubbles. Science in the kitchen.We now sell these bubbles, we call them edible cocktails. We can be found at weekend markets around the Northwest and West Midlands.
