From the very first day they have made sure I have had the training, support and confidence to be able to carry out my job to the best of my ability! I love the staff I work with and the clients we care for! Iv just passed my 3 months of probation and now ready to start my NVQ! The opportunities this provides are immense! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working here and was quickly welcomed into the team by both the care team and the office staff. There is always a laugh to be had, even amongst the daily stresses, but we wouldn't have it any other way. Unless your a yes person on hrs and have no life you will fit in .most of the good reviews will be fake ,as the workers are told to do reviews and what to say. Incompetent. But if face fits your ok..it looks pretty from the outside but ugly with the management. Be careful it's defo not what it seems and no morals.Tuesday 4th April 2023
