Sophiemfit1 StarWas my fave place until I phoned up and he ended the phone on me which was really rude. so I couldn’t tell him I wanted to cancel my order as I couldn’t collect. I understand it may be busy but that’s no way to treat customers by ending the phone call on them and I can’t ring back as he wont answer. 7.50 for delivery yet he said over the phone he won’t deliver the item I wanted even tho it was the minimum delivery amount. Just seems like he couldn’t be bothered tbh as he was busy with other things. Bit shocking really as they offer delivery but don’t actually deliver only when they feel like it.Friday 9th September 2022
