Kain went above and beyond to get it sorted and called me regularly to update me on what he had done. He was patient with Grandad too. Very polite and trustworthy. He sanded the edges of our wooden door as it was jamming and replaced the broken lock and suggested replacing the other lock to improve security. Great knowledge of locks and safety. A very knowledgeable, polite and professional who I would recommend to anybody. Very reasonable price. I will be using Kain again without fail.
