Had an emergency water tank leakage last day on our loft. called active fitters and immediately helped me out. The technician is on time, knowledgeable and knows what he is doing, he will also explain to you what happen. He installed a new water tank for me and did it really quick and efficiently.He also made sure there is no leakage in all our water pipes since i just move in to the property. He never took advantage but instead give you good plumbing advise. I highly recommend their service. Kindly check photo for referrence.

I came down early in the morning because I heard hissing, and discovered a pinhole leak in the cloakroom. I called 3 emergency plumber numbers listed by Google, first 2 didn't pick up, this one did. Within an hour he was here, as he had said. He was courteous, efficient and friendly. He told me what needed to be done in advance (some boxing had to be removed, as expected, as the pinhole was touching it) - unavoidable but great that he talked to me before doing it. Did a great job and took away the boxing pieces. Reasonable price considering it was an emergency call out. I'm now planning to ask him to quote to fit a new sink and toilet with units in there to refurbish. Excellent job, recommended.
