Great service that is friendly and reliable. We used this service to take the family to Heathrow airport in October 2021, Ken was really personable, the minibus was very clean and comfortable and all in all it was a great door to door service that took all the stress out of the journey to the airport. Return journey was also perfect with Ken waiting for us when we came through security and just a two minute walk to the car park. We will use them again and would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic service! Contacted Acer Private Hire after reading great reviews & wasn't disappointed! Ken arrived early for 05.15am pickup to take my daughters to a hotel for my eldest daughters wedding, he sent a text the day before to confirm booking which I had made a month earlier. Ken was polite, courteous & very professional.
