I’ve had the best service here. The owner is kind, helpful and helped me out when I didn’t even have enough money to pay fully for the service. The customer service here is excellent, the employees helped me so much when I really needed help with my lost keys and new locks. I’ve read some bad reviews on here but these people that are reviewing have conflict of interest or are truely not saying the truth! I just checked the reviews now and I feel its a hateful review because the same guy has gotten even is friends to review due to hate speech! The employees are truely helpful and kind! I guess they can’t please everyone! Thank you again for your help, much appreciated.

Had terrible experience, charged £360 GBP to fix a multipoint front door lock, they clearly just wanted to charge the maximum for the minimum amount of work. Really shoddy quality of workmanship. The multipoint kit they replaced it with was poor quality and makes a terrible racket where the old one did not. The door handles are loose with a lot pf plat They did not fit the kit correctly so the bar plates sits proud of the door edge now and not in the recess so the door does not close properly. I could put up with that but the lies were disgusting, blaming the door being painted for why you have to slam and push it really hard to even be able to lock. Then they install a unit with a hold open which the old one did not, did they tell us ? No they rushed off leaving us with a door we could not lock for months as they left the hold open engaged as my wife took the contact details abroad while leaving that day having to deal with a family emergency abroad. Gave them the opportunity to fix it when my wife returned only to face lies like the footplate for being loose and the door had been painted when in fact they left the hold open in place when they rushed off without telling us. Total cowboys ... we had a door that worked fine and was able to close properly before they turned up, all be it the multipoint bar had broken, they lefty us with a terrible door that will not close without a hard slam and push and sounds like a cheap patio door when engaging. Steer clear of thee cowboys cowboys. I am now going to have to pay a professional to put good their sloppy work. I'll upload photos and videos to show how bad their workmanship was and let you know when the professional fixes the problem and identifies what they did wrong.
