A T Alarms have looked after our house alarm for almost 20 years and throughout have been efficient, courteous and absolutely reliable. A couple of years ago we felt the need to add cameras and AT once again, listened to our needs and provided the solution. All members of the team through from sales to admin, technical and maintenance provide ongoing support that is beyond reproach. More power to their elbow and thanks for helping my family feel secure.

Really polite technician, but I definitely got the feeling that he felt that he had to 'spread the job out' so that the office could charge more. An hour and a half job could have been done in less than half an hour. Lots of idle chat, wondering around, taking ages to get his gear out of his car, taking ages to fit a door contact point, all added up to an eye watering £230 for nothing much. When I objected to the office staff, they were less than interested and said that I should have told the technician to keep quiet and get on with his job. When I suggested that this was unreasonable and that her attitude wouldn't endear me to her company - her response was, "That's fine, what's your card number?" Don't touch them with a barge pole! ****** The only way to reply to the response from AT below is to edit my original post. 1. It's a pity that the Service Manager never replied to my email as he indicated that he would. At least it appears that they did investigate my complaint 2. Pressure testing a battery by shaking it and saying. "Listen, it's completely dry" is an intriguing test. 3. Running a cable from my new door to the junction box (up one floor) is a figment of the engineer's imagination. The previous cable was still above the old door. He simply attached another 35cm and a new contact point. 4. I have had AT alarms out previously to service my alarm & to quote to reposition the security code box. 5. I don't expect a director to not support his staff, but we obviously have different standards which apply to "reasonable". 6. I wonder why in the light of GDPR. the company didn't inform me that my call was recorded? Would really like a copy of my personal data. An email, phone call or visit from the company to hear my side of the story would have led to me deleting my review. However, others should know what my first hand experience was.

A.T. Alarms supplied and fitted four cctv cameras at our home. Excellent installers and Steve A. did a superb job behind the scenes in setting up our DVR. Good quality products supplied and customer service was exceptional. Definitely will be recommending you to friends and family
