We are an independent Mercedes-Benz specialist garage based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. All of our team of Mercedes-Benz technicians are specifically trained to work on your vehicle and have the most up-to-date skills & accreditation’s. We have technicians that are specifically trained and certified to work on all the electrical and mechanical components of electric and hybrid cars. Having your vehicle services with us means your Mercedes-Benz service history will be maintained to the same standard as the dealer network we have access to all Mercedes-Benz systems including the Digital service booklet so we are able to update your Mercedes-Benz digital service history online. If your car has a traditional service booklet, we will stamp it for you. We only use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. We have a fleet of courtesy cars for customers to use while they have their car serviced or repaired with us (subject to insurance and availability). We can also arrange local collections and deliveries, though the service is chargeable, so please call ahead when making a booking to avoid disappointment. A and B Service prices represent the basic service cost. If there are additional service items due at various times based on your vehicle’s age and mileage, we will advise you whilst your vehicle is being serviced. No additional items will be carried out without your consent.

Delicious food and friendly service. The building is lovely, high ceilings and stained glass windows make for a unique atmosphere. The prices are reasonable too!

Don't usually write reviews, but feel I have to in this instance. Booked my Merc 2007, 40000 miles in for a gearbox service, transmission fluid, filter etc. Quoted £225 which is what I was charged. As a senior it was helpful that they offered to collect and deliver my car for me. This was a couple of days before Christmas, a youngish fellow turned up on time to collect my car, asked if he could leave his car on the drive and collect it when he returned mine later, no problem. My car was returned as arranged, excellent service all round including the booking process. The following day I noticed my ally wheels looked rather clean, on closer inspection my car had been valeted inside and out. A truly excellent experience from start to finish using "Merctech", I will not hesitate to use them again.My thanks to all concerned.
