We started the process of getting a new door on 10/03/2022, and the asbestos was removed on 27/06/2022 door installed and inner door removed 29/06/2022 plaster finished internal work on 06/06/2022 and today 21/07/2022 the door trim replaced as did not match door and handle replaced due to screw cross threading. Could not fault the installation staff they were very efficient but the office staff need to work on there communication skills, by explaining to the customer why things are delayed and why the customer has to remind them of work to be done. A long process but happy with the door, would I recommend yes if you are not in a hurry.

We are very pleased with the finished conservatory. The workmen who attended were on time, friendly and completed all the work on schedule and to my satisfaction. The office staff were helpful at all times and kept us informed. Special thanks to Katie at Kidderminster, who re arranged one work day at short notice as we requested. I am happy to highly recommend 5 Star. From the first call to discuss options and measure up, to the after service call, the staff were helpful, professional, and very efficient. The person who came to measure up discussed all the different options available and was extremely helpful with advice. The Fitters were prompt and worked hard to ensure the work was completed on schedule, leaving no mess, and cleared everything away afterwards. I am very satisfied with the Windows and door and have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star to others.
