Andi found the source straight away and despite the centre being very busy they managed to find time to fix it and I got the car back 24 hours later. Julia Dixon5 StarMy tyre blew just coming into Lutterworth today, checked Google for local tyre companies and was directed here. What a relief! Called up and spoke to Andy, extremely knowledgeable and outstandingly helpful and professional. He hopped in his car, came out to me, showed me where the space saver tyre was, popped it on and then led me back to the garage where he and two great colleagues put 4 x new tyres on in just over 30 minutes. Andy gave me the tyre cost options and the deal included all fitting and balancing and VAT. Really couldn't be happier and seriously recommend this place, thank you guys 😊Tuesday 11th October 2022
Natalie Navaratne1 StarWent to these cowboys today. Told me tyre wasn't repairable because the screw that was in the tyre was 8mm in diameter and they could only repair up to 6mm. Quoted £300 for a new tyre. Went to another garage who repaired it and gave me the screw that was nowhere near that diameter and was completely repairable. Will not being using them again.Monday 21st November 2022
Su Goodacre5 StarI pulled in here for repair 5 minutes before closing time to find a mechanic washing his hands at the end of his days' work.
Without complaint, he kindly put gloves back on and proceeded to efficiently fix my punctured tyre, which he did in a professional, and confident manner. I believe is named Alex. This was a few weeks ago and I've been grateful ever since for his service to a late-coming customer! It's rare to experience a company with this sort of dedicated staff. Thank youFriday 27th May 2022
